Mark Niksic, VP of Operations
Mark began working for Pelsue in the Engineering Department and is now responsible
for all day-to-day operations. Mark holds many of the Patents for the Pelsue
products.
JOB TITLE: Vice President of Operations
LIFE BEFORE PELSUE:
I grew up on the south-east side of Chicago. Like many
in my family I worked in and around the steel industry for a number of years
before relocating to Colorado in 1984. Most of my early jobs involved
designing equipment used by heavy industry in such places as rolling mills,
hot strip mills, aluminum plants and refineries.
DESCRIBE YOUR ROLE AT PELSUE:
I am responsible for all day to day
operations at our company and its plants. In this capacity I work closely
with engineering, planning, production, stores, quality assurance and sales.
FAVORITE ASPECT OF PELSUE:
The total team aspect of a company this size.
ENDURING PELSUE MEMORY:

LIFE OUTSIDE PELSUE:
My wife and I have two children and live in the foothills west of Denver. When not at Pelsue I can usually be found in and around the Mosquito Range near Fairplay, Colorado or in my garage tinkering with an old car.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY:
Respect, but never fear the mountains (whatever those mountains may be)
